You need an account to use InventoryImp. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping the information you provide accurate. Don't use InventoryImp to store or share anything illegal, and don't try to abuse, scrape, or overload the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use InventoryImp. If you're between 13 and 17, you may only use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
Creating or joining a household shares your inventory, recipes, grocery list, and meal plan - and your email address - with every other member. Only invite people you actually want to share that with.
AI-generated content - recipe imports, receipt scans, and especially ingredient substitute suggestions - can be wrong. Substitute suggestions are not checked against your allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. Always use your own judgment, and check ingredients yourself, before eating anything based on an AI suggestion - this matters most if you or someone you cook for has a serious food allergy.
If you mark a recipe public, anyone signed in can view it, copy it to their own recipe book, and comment on it or mark that they made it. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, and keep comments on-topic and civil. We don't allow content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or threatening, spam or advertising, or food-safety advice that could make someone sick. Anyone can report a comment or public recipe, or block the person who posted it; we review every report and remove content (and may close accounts) that breaks these rules.
Some features (like AI receipt scanning past the free tier) require the Home plan. Billing is handled by Clerk; you can cancel anytime, and cancelling during a free trial means you won't be charged. We don't receive or store your card details.
InventoryImp is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its AI-generated content will be accurate - see "AI features and food safety" above.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Panda Love LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InventoryImp - including spoiled food, a missed allergy, or a bad recipe outcome from an AI suggestion (see "AI features and food safety" above). Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
