InventoryImp is a home food inventory app. It keeps track of what's in your pantry, fridge and freezer, shows what you can cook with what you already have, plans the week's meals, and keeps one grocery list your whole household shares.
Most of the food a household throws away isn't lost to one big mistake - it's the spinach nobody remembered, the third jar of cumin bought because nobody knew there were already two, the chicken that was planned for Monday and cooked never. InventoryImp is built to fix exactly that: know what you have, use it before it goes bad, and only buy what's actually missing.
InventoryImp is made by Panda Love LLC, a small independent company in Washington State, USA. We design, build and support it ourselves. The imp you see around the site is Pinch, our mascot.
The core app is free. The optional Home plan adds AI features - like reading receipts and recipe photos - and removes ads. The free version shows a small number of ads, and some pages (like our guides) include Amazon links that earn a small commission at no cost to you. We don't sell your data; see the privacy policy for exactly what we collect and why.
Alongside the app we write practical kitchen guides - how long food lasts, meal prep, cutting food waste, keeping a pantry organized. Food safety advice follows the U.S. Department of Agriculture's guidance, and we update the guides as we learn more.
